I asked luigi on the basis of advertising, Advertising = Giving server names, ip's and or telling players to goto another server publicly.On this post No ip's names or anything have been said. He has also told no one to goto the old server. Whatever that is, No one is going to the 'old server' as of what I know, but if this does become a thing I'll ask Luigi about the basis of advertising the 'old server' as I'm 96% sure he will also be running it. -Penq |

At this time, the 'old server' was the server that had been running with the previous old map, map #3. When map #4 (current) was created on the 17th of June 2014 it was because the old server had gone down for a week and I had to get a new host. When the old server came back up it could still be accessed on mc2.webbcraft.co.uk until early september when it was discontinued due to a lack of players and impracticability of keeping it up due to costs. During the months of July and August 2014, gavinchamp1 was in charge of the old server and owned it, but as he became more inactive as so did the overall inactivity of the server, uiouio111 offered to take ownership and revive it. This never eventuated though. As of the present, there's no real intention of reviving the old map as many new players don't know about it and don't care to play on a map that has already spanned its lifetime. It'd be more hassle than it's worth to set up that server again, the map is very large in size (over 8GB) and would take a very long time for me to upload, not including the plugin data. It's best if the past remains in the past, we should enjoy the present and look towards the future. The time for reminiscing upon old maps will one day come, but I don't think it's worth setting up a whole server entirely for that purpose. |

Ok, I am going to admit, I didnt read through ALL of that. Sorry :PThere is a point in that text. It isnt worth bringing up the old server. That is true. I just want to see my old builds and stuff, maybe just like an open day, so you can have a look at the "History" of the server. Sorry for not posting on this for a while, I couldnt find it. |

I already said before that the file size is too big, it would take about 36-48 hours for me to upload to a web server (if my computer didn't crash) and then take up to 16-24 hours for you to download (if the server didn't time out and had enough bandwidth).If you know the coordinates of your builds I might be able to send you the region (part of the world) where they are located. |
