I was going through the ban appeals and i noticed another thing people tend to not have their side of their story. So my idea is is have a judging system with an appointed judge NOT ME to judge greivnces |

agreed like i want a full court system before any ban or jail and people banned in the recent past could be brought back and tried for the "crime" they cometited |

Yeah we built a courthouse for this exact reason /warp peoplescourt its open to the public, if luigi wants to get a court or jural plugin going im happy to monitor (just monitor and keep everyone calm) the rulings and decisions, I wouldnt be participating in anyway unless it involved me :) |
