Recently I've noticed that there aren't many players online anymore. The most I've seen is 22 and the least is 1. So I was thinking we could work harder to advertise our server.Some possible options: -Posting IP and a short server description to a Minecraft group/community/circle on a social media site -Tell your friends/relatives -Posting IP on more server list websites These are just a few ideas, feel free to come up with more. But please don't go onto another server and spam the IP, it just ruins our reputation. |

Well, there is always a possibility, that because the summer holidays are over for most, if not all, that most are merely to preoccupied to play. Or maybe, friends are suggesting numerous different games and servers to try. (The servers they show me I go on once, the games I get addicted to.) Both of those reasons are applying to me. How do you people live with homework? I only get it weekly currently but we're getting tested on it and Year 6 is the worst. They already gave us our application forms for high school. One week in and they're already keen to get rid of us.And, anyway, minecraft multiplayer is always kind of multiplayer. Even with a quiet chat or few other players on. Keep in mind that this server has countless things every player can do individually to help the server, so boredom is only a rare occurrence. But still, I understand the wanting other people to go on. I have a one in a thousand chance of seeing my friends from school on this server. I'd at least like to have a chance at meeting an in game friend online. |

Not to say I am a white lamb in this, but maybe its us. Maybe if we didn't treat each other like trash, people who joined would tell their friends about this server. So why don't we? Let's ALL try, no... Let's all BE better, anticipate the actions of what we say and how they will affect others. Most of all, let not be a server full of c**ts. :) |

Actually, good point. Because of them seeing this forum page when I'm on it at school, they think you're all sweary, stupid people. And that put them off. In fact, some of them actually did play, a few months ago, when nothing was too corrupted. And then the forum got out of hand and they decided against it. I still love this server more than the others, so it has my complete loyalty in as many ways as I can give. |

I don't think the community is as toxic as some of the forum pages might make it seem. I think the forum disproportionately shows some of the problems, when most of the players don't even take part in that kind of thing.Nonetheless, a rule 16 might be good here. RULE 16: Before posting anything on the forum, consider 1) why you've written it, and 2) what result it's likely to have. If the answer to 1) is "to put somebody else down" or 2) is "Make someone else feel worse about themselves", don't post it! |

Or you can vote for the server daily on the websites listed at http://webbcraft.co.uk/vote.html which will give the server a higher rank and more exposure to new players looking for a server to play on. |

One of my friends told me he would go on but he didn't. He lied that he went on and got banned. He wont go on any mc server and idk why. I need better friends in irl lol. Therefore telling my friends wouldn't work. |

I always try to advertise the server to my friends, but the problem is it is always muted out by servers like hypixel and Mineplex. Though the small, everyone knows everyone community is a rare thing, to be treasured though. |

Please do not advertise on other servers. It gives us a really bad reputation. Making our server larger by using other's sucess is the cheapest move possible. Don't do it again. |
