I hope this sheds some light on how FasterAndFurious is overly strict and always wants things her way... "Now to the part that really got me pissed off the nick I made 'FasterAndBear'. I made the nick when Faster wasn't online in the morning. I was practically playing all day as i had the nick and no one had a problem with it as I spoke into chat until to 10.00 pm (New York time) when Faster came on and started bitching. Before I get into to the situation I would like to start with how I used the word nigs and calling her baby to harass her for about 15 minutes. Yes I got like one more mute because of this and then I stopped. Oops I forgot, I then I said to luigiofthebakery "FasterAndFurious is lovely staff ;3" she got mad... Like really? Who da fuck, what world! Does someone get mad for someone saying they're good at something. I guess Faster apparently.. People in chat saying I'm doing it to get her mad acting like they don't know what a complement is. The part that got me really pissed off was when FasterAndFurious changed my nick saying how I did this to get her mad. So many people in chat agreed with this statement. I had the fucking name all fucking day how do you get mad over having the word FasterAndBear. People in chat were saying how since Faster is staff that I should listen to her . Then faster does "^" <--- that to the comment saying how staff should always be listened to. Not if they're clearly wrong I don't. 8/9.2 of the people online agreed with what faster said about how I was getting her mad. The only person who thought FasterAndFurious was in the wrongs was Princess_Jazzy at the time as I asked If what I was doing was wrong. Jazzy replyed with "You had the name all day... So i don't know why she is getting mad now", if not that she said something almost identical. Thats all the shit I have with FasterAndFurious, all I really want is to keep my nick without being punished because right now im jailed for a hour by DC?!" |

-1 Miss. Faster is a nice and kind player. She's almost never rude, and is always willing to help weather it personal or on the server. Also, multiple people asked for the singing to stop. (Including me) she has helped me alot and im sure she has helped others too. She's really kind and my favorite player. Like most people she has bad days, and it takes a tole. For all you know she is going through something very hard and rude people aren't helping. Take into considerations people feeling. In conclusion Miss. Faster is amazing staff and is really nice and helpful therefor I believe she should stay staff. |

-1Faster is literally one of the most active and reasonable admin, sure she's butthurt sometimes but literally she is just doing her job. Just because she doesn't suit your simple needs doesn't mean we should demote her all together. She is a great admin and is always there to help other people, if you have a problem with her, it's just her doing her best to keep the server on track. |

^True, but...Spyro's title doesn't mean that he can say whatever he wants plus, 1 small issue for a "song" shouldn't make her back into a mod... She is the most active admin there is, yesterday I made her kinda mad :P, but it was because she wasn't in a good mood and she was stressed out for other reasons, and that happens to everyone, so its normal to be in a bad mood. Either way, im pretty sure she probable isn't going to be demoted... |

Mike, no, it dosn't. I have said in this complaint what any of you could've said if you felt obliged to. I haven't been rude to anyone in anyway, I was simply stating my opinion on this staff member.Once I made this complaint, many people threatened me, faster left me by myself to deal with atleast 30 people online, when she knows she couldve came on, and so do I. What mumfie said is true... She tends to make people stop doing what she dislikes and her excuses are "I'm just enforcing the rules!"... I believe a demotion was a bit to harsh, one last chance first, because I'm really starting to get ticked off at all of these people throwing accusations at me when they weren't even online and havent seen any logs/screenshots of the situation, and start making me out as terrible and harsh... |

Jordz you didn't go about the situation wrongly. Good you brought this stituation up, it gives us time to reflect back on Faster's past and to discuss if we would like to still see her as Admin. So maybe we can chose someone who suits the position better *cough* penqunator *cough* so this server can be a better place. We have been letting Faster's behavior slide and haven't had time to discuss it. Also.. Faster is an Admin yet she barely checks the forum to state her own opinions. She hasn't even replied to this complaint about her. |

Faster has let stress get to her quite a bit, and while she is a good friend of mine, i cant help but notice that she tends to overreact to things as a staff member, and likes things to go as perfectly as she wants them to. |

Yes, I completely agree with Chip. She never uses her PC and when she does its "her friends" she cant use it all the time. Her excuses for being on minechat all the time are "Oh I'm on holiday" "Oh yea, I've gone to see someone" "Oh yeah. I got grounded" "Oh my PC is broken" 90% of the time. those are the excuses she uses. She is always stressed out. She has no patience with rule breakers, yet, refuses to ban anyone so that "I don't look like the bad person" Apparently she checks the forum everyday but cant login to her account. |

Excuse me, Danny and Shin, but faster is a terrible staff member. If this was the only thing that faster was wrong in, I would probably have -1'd this. But after seeing her handling other situations i think she should be demoted (that's poorly written, couldnt think of any other way to word it though. Like the other day, certain people were spamming racist, sexist, homophobic and heaps of rude comments. Faster didnt want to get hate so she didnt ban them, she muted them after letting them do it for 20 minutes. She really isnt active. Joining on minechat all the time and never using PC doesnt make her active. And I never said she was making the excuses up, but I do find it a little hard to believe that she's always on holiday. Dub - It wasnt spam. And yes, one staff member said to stop, although two others said what we were doing was just fine. They were recently released pop songs :D |

Britt - She helps many players out, yes. But a lot of the time she relies on other staff members and players. She gets on minechat all the time, then asks "Who needs help?" she then when asked for help she replies with "Sorry, minechat" or "sorry, busy" She's nice at first, but the minute someone does the teeniest, tiniest thing she doesn't like, it makes her real mad and she gets very stressy. Its not just over song lyrics, Britt, that was just the most recent incident. Fasters been like this for a long time. Faster isn't what the server needs, I know that there are mods who could do a better job at being one of the servers admins. She isn't friendly to those people. She goes full rage, then pathetically warns them after screaming at them. |

Have you seen the way she's been behaving recently and the way she talks to people? She acts like the only one on the server that matters, and we shouldn't have staff members like that. \She doesn't keep the server in good order. one time when we had racist spammers, all faster did was pathetically tell them to stop before letting it continue for 20 minutes. We're not trying to get her kicked out, we want her demoted back to Mod, not citizen... **Just to Add** (This is for everyone) When she was promoted faster never bothered to learn her admin commands. She relied on other staff members to come on and show her each command. |

Bump.Reopened. With gavinchamp1's situation, luigi has told me how to deal with him/his alts. He started causing trouble again today, and faster was handling the situation incorrectly. I told her that she shouldn't be banning gavin for "being gavin", and however to do what luigi has told me. She full on said that she knows more about this server than its creator. But however, I can assure you that if luigi told her how to deal with gavin she would have listened, because its "luigi". NO. You do not treat somebody different/higher to other just because, JUST because they aren't as high in terms of permissions. She needs to know how to treat everyone equally. I'm quite certain that luigi knows how to run his own server, especially more than a 14 year-old. To add; Faster needs to know that you dont treat someone different because of their past. You dont ban gavin for being "just gavin". You ban him when he hacks, or when he says bad things. |

I'm not going to disagree with you, Jordzz. Faster does get things wrong sometimes. But don't we all? She's going through a tough time at the moment, and her staffing skills might not be as good as they should be for a while. But I know that soon enough, she'll be just as good as she used to be. She even told me to stop answering back during a debate on my strip club, apparently I "showed a lack of immaturity by talking back". A lack of "immaturity".After that I was muted by Armz for swearing a couple of times which I apologize for, I was talking to Faster by pm whilst muted and she was replying in public so I simply said "Do not chat in public as I cannot reply or justify myself if needed", and she insisted to armz to unmute me, she was going on for like 10 minutes to Armz telling him to unmute me so the "argument could be public for everyone to see". Advertise everything else that is not sexual all you like, you should know your common sense. We have very young children playing on here that could do without being exposed to such sexual activities. being exposed to things like this at such a young age, can lead to mental health issues later on in their adolescents, it gives them a feeling of loss. They start understanding sexual jokes that no one else their age understands, they realise as they get older that they didn't get the immature childhood everyone else got, they see that in a way; they didn't get to grow up in their own time and have the childhood they deserved. Hi, I've lately seen that a lot of people are provoking her and saying things behind her back that are extremely rude. Very sexist and childish remarks were said when faster was offline have been said, I'm talking about "Faster wants to suck my dick" and "Guess who's on her period". No way she is easily angered lately, you are provoking her. I have seen these provoking actions and yes, I have told Faster that this happened when I sae it. She is completely done with the shit people are saying about her. Now you make a complaint about Faster being immature, but that's just a bucket full of anger about to get on it's critical point.
