A personal complaint has come forward against you, regarding walkerbite's shop - from which you are banned.If you are banned from a player's shop you do not return, especially with clear intent of aggravating her. If it was your shop and someone that was banned kept returning, you'd make a full complaint and try to get them banned for "trespassing" "abuse" and "provoking" you. Get your crap together and don't be such an annoyance, I stuck my back out for you and you slammed it in my face by doing this. I am NOT happy with you. Do it again and you WILL be punished. While I agree that a shop that people shouldn't buy from very much is a strange concept, it is her shop, and thus her rules for the shop. Once someone is made aware that they shouldn't buy so much they should leave. Harassing her by continually coming back and buying her out on purpose is definitely not ok. |

A-A complaint has come forward from which you are banned from the server. B.Walkerbite's shop I am banned from. You had me concerned for a moment, you should really be careful. The only reason you stuck out your back for me is because you wanted me to fill your hole, stop making out that you somehow helped me when that's a load of shit. What have you done for me that's so good? You're not happy with me? Sorry to hear that, your opinion is worth just as much as Stojan's, Idventure's, Saraku's or anyone else's, basically I couldn't give a flying duck about it. I'll admit them mails were provoking, in which I apologize for Brittnee. It was rude and unecessary. Appreciate my apology, nobody on this server apologizes when mistaken. The second two images she sent you proves she's an ungrateful little brat. I spent over 20,000 in her shop and she reports me? If you're going to make a shop expect people to buy a high quantity of goods, if not, you are not shop-owner material <-- Which is a thing, yes. She goes ballistic when people buy lots from her shop, instead of thanking them for spending their hard-earned cash in her shop to buy her goods to make her wealthier. I think she's just rude, immature and ungrateful, this said, I really doubt she's 17. May I add how lazy she is? She did exactly the same when she was selling GMC items. Lmfao. I expect an apology from you Chip for the lack of investigation on your part, the mistake that made me think I was prevented from joining the server, etc. I'd tell Britt to apologize but she doesn't have the decency to even sell legit items or ask people to leave her land in a decent way at least once before reports. I only made this because faster doesn't have an account, (britt complained to faster about it) so I made this complaint on her behalf (and out the kindness of my heart, spending my own time to do something for another staff member). I presented the evidence or any investigated points that faster displayed to me, I would assume that faster had already set up a small investigation prior to informing the other staff members.This topic is titled "To wowman" because it is. I'll throw my two cents in, both brit and wow has good arguments. Lets look at them both, Brit wants her stock to be spread out across the player basis(she said this in the server chat) and doesn't want people there that she "banned" or is restricting from her shop. However wowman did bring up a valid point that cant be ignored either, players grind out their cash to spend on these shops and, unless there is some notice saying something other wise they can just buy the whole shop. I'm not saying that either party is in the right or wrong but it is also important to remember that there is two sides to every argument. While neither side wants to back down fully a compromise might be a option. I will disregard the comments about the items possibly being from creative and for the sake of argument assume they are from survival. Restocking COULD take a while depending on what all you have to restock, so you could post a sign asking people not to buy the whole shop or telling people not to(I don't know how effective this will be) however at the same time it is also important to remember that shops are a luxury and can make life easier and that there are players that pay the money they sat around grinding for good that you offer. As far as the trespassing I have nothing to say, It just seems strange and yet reasonable at the same time so I wont go into it. I will refrain from choosing a side in this all and all but both sides have valid arguments and I hope a compromise can be formed to avoid anymore conflict. |

Thank You for stating your Opinions, honestly. Now for the whole Shopping complaint. i'll explain:My shop is made for the people of the server that are new, or don't have much money to spend at the higher priced, fancier shops. People who DO have that money and have the items, abuse the privilege of me having very good/low prices, and almost stocked daily. NOW... I understand that my shop IS meant for buying, but when your in my shop buying everything and there is nothing left for anyone else... Not only does it piss the people off that like to shop there with very little money, but I have to continuously mine and recollect those items for what? One person to buy it all again and thus continue this Routine?? That's where my complaint comes in, I don't care about having all this money. I enjoy collecting these materials and selling them to my friends on the server. The money is just a bonus for collecting all that. And who even said I was 17 Wowman? if you'd pay attention, my birthday is in April, the 24thtto be exact.. Ill be 16.. Since no one seems to believe that my shop is now legit, go have Chip, Faster, Lerz, Armz, whoever you want check every. single. chest. in my shop for illegal items.. trust me, it'll be a waste of time for them and for you. I know I shouldn't have sold illegal items, but that problem was already dealt with. Stop using it as a excuse towards me. If you don't like my shop and the way the rules are, don't buy from it. Simple as that. **ADDED** It should be common sense to not buy everything when you KNOW other people shop there. You buy everything that is expensive in my shop. You don't even buy all the blocks, Materials.... Just all the Ores and Expensive items :/ |

This is how it is with her shop. It may be a shop, but there are no shop policies put up on the server, so she can do whatever she wants with it, think of it was a (free) Market Economy (I hope you know business terms and ethics), and though technically the only restriction is no creative items, I aint bothering with it. Now my dear jay, I dont mean to be rude, but can you just not swear, like I swear myself, but you do it so excessively, and you wonder why people are against you, as far as to get you banned, drop the tough guy attitude, because you act like my little brother, and when someone punches the shit out of you (Yes, I punch my 7 yr old brother, he is a spoiled brat with no manners, I lose my temper, etc) no one wants to hear it. Now as irrelevant as it may be, Im trying to get a message through your thick skull, it makes me wonder why i have EVER +1 for your unban, because your ass hasn't changed at all, this is a game, its supposed to be fun but because you can live with the rules and have to stand out with an attitude, but I'm sure that this message won't get to you either because of your stupid ego that you cling to, to survive.
