There is a bit of a power struggle on the server when it comes to Admins/Mods. They are spread to thin. This server sees a lot of people from the UK and the US, so there are two main peak times people get on. This creates a dilemma, players in the UK cant be helped by mods living in the US and vice versa. So I'm here to suggest an overhaul on the staff of the server.1. There should be a Co-Owner I'm not entirely sure if Luigi is in the UK or the US, but for this I will assume UK. If Luigi is in the UK he should have a Co that lives in the US. That way Both sets of players can ask for help or talk to an owner at reasonable times. This would also equally split the workload between Luigi and his Co. Being a Co would entail that he/she has the powers of the owner and is able to help players as efficiently as Luigi. 2. There should be an equal amount of staff from the UK and US. This ones pretty self explanatory. I previously stated that the mods are spread thin, this is apparent due to the frequency that one is on the server. This point would put, lets say 3 staff (2 mods 1 admin) in the UK and in the US. While this may mean that there will be new staff it would greatly benefit the server as a whole. 3. Complaint warp. Lets face it. Its impossible to have a mod on 24/7 and a lot of players aren't registered on this forum. What I'm suggesting would be a /warp complaint where there'd be a chest that fed into a mod only accessible hopper. This is the place that players with immediate complaints that aren't registered here can be heard. That way everyone has a voice and they wouldnt have to wait for a mod. Those are just a few suggestions I have since this is an international server. |

I totally agree with points 1. and 2. There are already two places you can chuck books into at spawn though. |

This actually sounds like a really good idea, I can relate, I hardly ever talk to luigi on the server because for me he is usually on at about 4am, so, good idea nutriton! |

According to me there should also be staff from various countries because i have noticed whenever i come online,there is no staffAnd i see people breaking rules and even warn them but they ignore it. I am from India By the way. |
