Alright, I used to play on this server. It was nice.NOW IT IS A SHITSTORM MY proposal is a staff wipe. INB4 this post gets shut down by a bitchy staff member hear me out. I am getting cancer reading every dispute between everyone. I have seen many threads like this being posted and turning into a toilet wear a fat women shits in it with dihearrea. The main cause of the problem is certain individuals and dispute between staff. Wiping the staff would get a new team in. No Grudges. No Arguments. If staff argue they must sort it or be off the staff team. I may not play the server however I have managed server communitys before this. No offence too the community manager(If you have one) but you need too sort this shit out. DIsputes are breaking the server apart and it needs to STOP! -1. A staff wipe would be very unfair to many staff doing their job. Do a couple of members need a sort of re-teaching? Yes. Do they all need to be booted? No |

None of those posts even have to do with staff. Of course, staff that are also forum staff could deal with that. I am a moderator ingame, but on the forums I don't really have a place to stop others: well let me rephrase that; players would listen to forum staff over a player who is equal to them. But I still tend to try to stop them.All I can say is that no staff are doing anything bad or wrong- it just may look like it. Thankyou for your concerns, however. ~Jordan |

Lol, a staff wipe?This is possibly the worse idea for demoting staff I've ever seen, supposing that all staff get demoted and new staff get promoted that would mean players would have skipped from Cit,VIP,DON/+ to Admin rank, or supposedly there would be no admins for a while? That would cause more chaos considering Admins have commands which Moderators don't have. Also, why is it that all staff need to be demoted in order to improve the staff team? That makes no sense considering some staff do their job properly! All in all I think idea is completely stupid. -Penq |
