Yeah, lerz.Okay so, today I was on mc, Lerz was going on about cloudy greifing etc etc. So, I was being a bit cheeky and saying to lerz that he just got dunked on, this may of seemed 'disrespectful' or 'annoying' but I saw it as a friendly joke, sorry for anyone that seems to be offended by me reading out the lyrics from a song to someone out of pure hilarious(ness?). Anyway I go on with the dunked on joke, people seemed to like it, all except lerz that was stressed out about cloudy and everyone telling him to /kickall since the server was laggy, and lerz decides to mute me for 15m for saying 'His shopped just got dunked on!'. Saying a virtual shop just got dunked on does not deserve a 15m mute. Of course I abuse for answers and do /minecraft:me. Then get banned for 5hs for 'Bypass of mute (I understand this) AND disrespect? Look all I'm saying is lerz is getting too greedy with his power, I mean come on he jailed and muted me for an hour. He was going to perm-ban cloudy for greifing his shop, now I know greifing is wrong, but permanently? Come on Lerz. Right now I think Lerz either needs to be demoted, or take a well needed break. |

First you say he muted you for 15mins and then change it to an hour jail and mute. Which one was it? Of course if you repeatedly insult and harass lerz while he's trying to fix grief and stop the server lagging you should expect a mute. Instead of waiting a bit and then asking him nicely to be unmuted you worsened the situation through bypassing mute.On a side note, /kickall would not have helped with the server lag, in fact it probably would have made it worse because everyone trying to login again at once creates lag. A common misconception is that reconnecting to thesserver will fix server lag when in fact the opposite is true because the server has to process more (player data retrieval and authentication) on login. |

Hold on a moment, when did I even grief this shop of his? I have not griefed since I lost my donator rank before 6 months ago. Why do people think I griefed? I told you all that I have something to live for on this server: My Webbcraft series and I would not risk doing anything stupid like that for starters... |

Willisss, you are obviously blind, Lerz has been banning and muting people for unnecessary times.Luigi, he muted me for 15m, then banned me for 6hr for bypassing mute purely to get answers. Then in the next paragraph I talked about the time he muted me for 30m and jailed me for 30m just to reason with him about the caps rule. And Cloudy, I don't know, Lerz seemed to of picked up some signs of you placing fire, but that's in his eyes, I wouldn't have a clue. You need to sort Lerz out ASAP. |

I am sorry Lerz, love ya (as a friend) and all, but with what I have been seeing recently hasn't been a good image for you. I have to agree with this statement as I had to unban both Anglina and Digs from unnessecary bans and I made sure they were unnessecary with people who were on at the time. I agree the phrase "He just got dunked on" (from the game Undertale said by the character sans) was unneeded. |

Look so first of all.. You two were spamming that sentence in CAPS the whole fucking time. I never jailed you. I did ask you to stop multiple times though. And this was not the first time so that's why I banned you for 6 hours so that you damn learn from it and don't do it again.My shop was griefed using fire and the whole this was burning down so yes it caused lag. I rolled back by the name of CloudyBogdan and it said it changed a few blocks within the radius and by 25 hours, by the time the grief happened. I did not punish him because the evidence wasn't clear of him doing it but what I do find strange is that why would he break/place blocks in my shop?? Honestly, I am not going to argue but if you guys would behave for once none of this would happen because Anglina, this keeps on happening with you. And to all the other people complaining and wanting me demoted, good for you but you guys do not know what comes with being pressured and like people spamming you in caps telling you what the right punishment is, whilst fixing fire grief and this constant harassment just gets me so badly that I may have given out a punishment (This instance 6h ban) could've been too harsh. But if you guys would've behaved like normal players then none of this would happen. Because I need to react fast and deciding quickly the tempban seemed like the right punishment for you both. No I'm done with both of your crap and have both blocked on Skype because you Anglina.. you used my fucking profile picture and pasted it on a glass of milk.. once referring to the "Dunked" shit. You had no rights to use my picture and humiliate me. Thank you. Now I am done with this and you should not expect any help of my in the near future. -Lerz |

Before I start off there are two things I want to make clear from the start. 1. I wont attempt to insult anyone when posting this I'm just giving my honest thoughts on the matter, 2. I hope everyone reads carefully as possible for the sake of understanding. I knew Lerz from the start as friendly and helpful and he still is to me even after my views have changed(and Lerz before you cut my head off hear me out and read what I have to say). I don't think that Lerz is bad at being staff, he shows dedication and is willing to deal with issues however I personally after seeing how he deals with issues believe that he jumps the gun quite often. Now Lerz said above that he gets yelled and and put in a stressful potion when handling a issue, this is natural of the fact of being on a server with a decent size community and players wanting their voice and thoughts heard. However it is a staff members responsibility to remain clam and be fair in their judgement as well as fair in how they handle issues. This means overlooking friendships and past grudges that the staff member may have with a player in order to be fair and just. Currently I would say Lerz either dose not do this at all or doesn't do it as often as he should. I do however think that demoting him to member or what ever might be going overboard as he is dedicated and knows what he is doing. If he is to be demoted I would say Moderator and, Lerz if you read this maybe take a break for a while. I have no ill will towards Lerz and those that support him however the big picture cant be ignored. Currently there are arguments about this constantly at different times of the day, either friendly or not so friendly. At the same time harassing the dude in chat will only make the issue worse, so if we all could please avoid that from now on. I also think that maybe the debates should calm down a bit for the sake of the community. |

Under no circumstances can you not help people though. Being ignorant about it will only make the case stronger against you.Yes everyone wanting you to be demoted can put amounts of pressure on you to make justified decisions but you have more time than you think to handle a situation. Just slow things down bring it to your speed work through the situation to find the culprit and directly punish them with a; mute, jail, ban whatever is deemed as a nessecery punishment. Don't rush your self ans you will not crack under pressure. And if you do not want me to missuse your profile picture then simply do not use legitimate photos of you. Internet safety. I don't think you need to be demoted. You work well and are a freindly person unless provoked. But you do need to consider what I previously said in order to convice and show the doubters that you are a worthy asset as an admin. A meme is a meme. |
