This list is also in order of their worthiness. E.G. Admins: JamesSkullBlood- most worthy, CHEESEBOT314, 2nd most worthy, onwards and onwards. I put the new players to staff from in order of the reaction to their applications. I think that after my 4th Draft w/ polls I have concluded the perhaps Perfect staff team? Reasons for new players to the staff team- PROMOTION TO MOD- First off, I will start with Phaedre, who I will refer to as shin (-.o). Shin is active, friendly, easily approached and welcoming- however my highest concern is his commitment. Sparqy; no doubt Sparqy is the best candidate for mod at the moment. Friendly, helpful, and active- what else could one look for in a mod? Thomasjones952/DCThanatos; aight. I was on the fence about this one. I'd say thomasjones952, to give some others a chance as DC has already proven to us that he isn't moderator material. But people can change, can't they? I might just make a poll about this one. DEMOTIONS FROM MOD- Crafty1212; I genuinely believe Felicia is a great person, but in my eyes not too active. If she improved on her activity, she could be quite the perfect mod. But we are always looking for activity so she can use her kindness, which isn't happening at the moment. PROMOTIONS TO HEAD-MOD- Penquinator; Penq is a great person, she is active, helpful, and friendly. Head-Mod is perfect for her. PROMOTIONS TO ADMINISTRATOR- Chip_Bruh; Harry is fantastic. Helpful, active, friendly, yet mature. Everything that needs to be in a staff member harry has. Good luck mate :) Conclusion- As an overall conclusion, I believe this is quite the perfect staff team- Not perfect because the people in it are, however because they know what they have to do and do it- and even more. FasterAndFurious doesn't know her abilities as staff It seems, she's to scared to possibly lose a friend when staffing. She relies on others advice to make a decision. Penquinator always goes AFK when she's on because she's always doing 'homework' and is always making sexual jokes about ass's and dick's when she's not AFK. Well, at least, she's better than Faster she actually knows her commands and isn't afraid to punish when needed. She's a good mod but definitely isn't ready for Admin. I haven't had any encounters with Pepper, so I really can't bash on him yet. Brittnee should never be a mod. She's abusive and can't handle situations even if she's the one to start them. I've only been an admin since November 2015... And if your concern is about me being an Admin for too long take a look at Cheese.. He's been staff for over 2 years, why not replace him but replace me?

And I'm sorry for my non active state, I've been trying to stop the lag, by playing singleplayer and trying to get my laptop used to it, the lag seemed to have cleared up by now, so expect more of blood! <3<3<3

And why is there even a head admin and head moderator now? I mean what is even the benefit of them? They do nothing more than what an ordinary moderator or admin might do.. Plus it only makes arguments as to who should be the "head" of that subsidiary.

At the moment there is no co owner and luigi has said there may not be for a while, so Head Admin is 'a substitute' for co-owner. Guiness, all those players were once great as staff. But they have been demoted for reasons. MadKittyKat: banned- "It was always you" reason Lizard_rag: quit Tyran: quit Etc etc. HazzaB broke multiple rules aswell so he was demoted. And I agree with you: these were great players, but to be demoted, all of these either broke rules and were demoted, or lost complete interest in the server. TopCat rank is taken at the moment :)

Keep him as admin. Shindori I believe has withdrawn his application unless he has reopened it- he is a great guy but again inactive. Pep is great but inactive. What you did with faster was a great desicion however. Also, Penq, what have I done to make you dislike me as a moderator? I can assure you I am not inactive, We live in different places. I help people all the time? What did I do to get demoted? And 'people deserve it more' is no excuse as they would only do the same thing. I know I may not be your favourite person but what causes me a demotion over you, or anyone on the staff board for that matter? I do quite the same thing, perhaps even more.

He covered so much of our time zones and Eddie is by far the best person for the job. If I wanted to be helped, I'd want to be helped by eddie. Sparqy and Myself If I'm going to be honest, once eddie (well it should be eddie) is promoted there will be two mod spots open and I'm fairly sure that Sparqy & Myself are the best candidates for admin at the moment. We are both ready for the position. Replacements Tones -> Crafty I'm going to be honest. tones is a great person but she isn't too active. Crafty would for sure be a better admin. Now it might be that me and crafty are promoted into gaps and sparqy replaces tones but all three of us are ready for admin.
