Okay, so I would like to know why the cactus sell sign was removed... It's quite weird that I was selling cactus yesterday and Brittnee teleported to me (Without my permission as always...) and asked me if I was "enjoying" clicking so much the sign... and somehow the sign 'mysteriously' disappeared today, she must have something to do with this, and if that's the case, why so much rage upon me Brittnee? Are you trying to bring me down by making staff removing my profit? I'm not the only affected by this.This kind of situation just prooves how much the server is falling apart. You're not making people happier by doing these changes (Such as changing the staff), just throwing them away. Multiple staff fights between eachother, including in the forums, gives such a bad view of the server. Unprofessionalism and immaturity reigns the staff, get your shit together, get a fixed economy so you don't have to do later changes, because this sucks... Had to work weeks on my cactus farm so at the end it's value downs to 0. Sorry about getting a little off-topic here, but I just think it should be said, even if it is not new, and you Luigi, don't do shit about it, yes I'm talking about your irresponsible staff. -Ruben |

I know how to fix the economy: by removing the server shop entirely. Then people like you won't be able to abuse the unlimited supply and demand and will actually have to trade with other players. If you can't sell things at the server shop you shouldn't be complaining because there's a reason why we have player shops. |

Resetting the economy and removing sell signs at shop could work. However, you need another way of actually making money. (voting etc) I already know a few ways of exploding the economy with little efforts, removing sell signs at the shop would completely remove any way of abusing it(which I can think of) |

I think the money made from voting would be enough to offset losses due to offline players and tax, thus sustaining a normal amount of currency in circulation. The best part about it is that even if there is a low amount of currency in circulation, fluctuating prices in player shops should accommodate this. |

Yeah, I think it's a good ideal. At first it will most likely be slow as no one is going to have money, but with time people get more money and the shop owners will be the rich ones because they're interested in the economy. It is always more fun to negotiate prices with a player when trading than it is to go to a server shop to sell whatever you have. Any thoughts on doing this after you do the next map reset? I think doing so now might give certain players a huge head start due to the amount of shops being up and illegit items in them. |

If the server shop was removed, people with less money would not be able to have any more sustainable income. With the taxes they would eventually get poorer and poorer until they go to desperate lengths. If the shop was removed and the map was reset, where would people get money? The same 5 million or 6 million units of money would be floating around until some people held all of it and others had next to none. Not everyone wants to have to go to the hassle of finding someone who wants to buy a shedload of cactus, dirt or sugarcane.-Dubz |

Taxes are only meant for the rich. It makes more sense if prices are based on demand instead of an arbitrary value. If no one wants to buy cactus, sugar cane or dirt, there's no point in mass producing them. That's how the economy in real life works. Besides, there'll be no problem in finding buyers for goods that actually have real value and uses since the warp shop will be converted into a public marketplace where players can rent stalls to sell at. |

I'm actually complaining from your constant changes on the server shop, as removing the cactus sell sign isn't the first one. And it took me a 'shitload' of time to build that cactus farm, I know it's not honest but you can't really tell I was abusing it.I actually enjoy the idea of removing the server shop entirely, could be slow at the start but once people get more money, it will be fun interacting with players throught player shops thought still not conviced about taxes. Aswell having GMC players on the server with survival ones, they get an advantage over us, since they can still cheat... After all isn't this server supposed to be survival? So why are there people paying for creative mode? I feel like the only ones that should have GMC should be Admin and up. |

Ruben about people paying for gm c is to pay for the server upkeep but having some people with creative and some people with survival is actually a very nice blend and it makes the server unique as you won't get the same experience on any other creative server or survival servers. |

They are not paying, they are donating. If you want to help so much, you shouldn't be donating expecting something in return.Having this "nice" blend you talk about, it's not unique, this server wasn't the first one to implement this, and will most likely not be the last one, and in my opinion it's a terrible experience to have survival players with creative ones, a supposedly balanced server would be survival with survival and creative with creative. If you want so much both in the same server, create two separate worlds (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/multiverse-core.390/). |
