Complaints about Lerz. Enough is enough.

Mumfie	Date sent: 2016/03/21 00:14:07 I think Lerz is the entire reason the staff is arguing with each other, disagreeing and fighting quite often. For example, when Armz banned me for something silly which I am not going into detail of, Lerz unbanned me. Without consulting with Armz or talking with Armz, he publically makes Armz look silly and biased because of his decision and makes a huge fight in the chat. This is not how it should be handled. Lerz does not care what others think or their reasons, he do as he pleases Now even tho I do agree that the ban was unjust, Lerz should not have unbanned me at all, Armz is Head-Admin, he's opped, Armz is the a person that cannot be replaced in this community. Lerz does whatever he wants, he does not care about anyones opinion unless it's his friend or someone is helping him out, he refuses to listen to reason and keeps defending his stand even tho he knows he's wrong. Today Lerz Muted Cloudy for saying Willy ONCE. Cloudy mispelled Willi with willy and then Lerz Mutes him and publically states that Cloudy is muted to humiliate him. When we confront Lerz about this, he's suggesting us to stop having a constructive discussion about it as if he's implying that if we do not stop, we will face a punishment. He also muted me for the same thing. No warning whatsoever. Now I've heard some talk about Lerz from other members of staff, they don't even want him there, I want to mention names, but I won't unless they want to comment on this themselves just in case they want to stay out of this. The community really dislikes Lerz, I used to say that he was becoming Blueroon before, but now I think he's worse than Blueroon. Why is Lerz getting away by punishing players unjustly and never take responsibility for whatever he is doing? and whenever another staff member gives out a punishment, he either nullifies it or change it without the other staff members permission, without even discussing the situation with them. There has been so much talk about how people would imagine the perfect staff team would be lately, I personally think removing Lerz from being staff would solve so many problems. A successful server requires staff that are willing to work with each other and aren't attempting to destroy each other, however like I said in my other post maybe a demotion to Moderator would be a better idea as he is dedicated to the server and that can be important or maybe having Lerz just take some time off and get a break and cool down. I just hope something is done before things get more out of hand and the fighting never ends.

Especially what happened to Chip. Not cool Lerz, not cool. I'm not here to cause any offence, but it has to be said. If I treated someone like that, not just here but elsewhere, I would be under heavy fire for it. Having staff experience, being called abusive and actually being abusive are two different things. This is actually abusive behaviour and it doesn't deserve to go past anyone's head. Lerz doesn't deserve his rank at this stage. I really hope he wakes up.

During that whole Chip's shop incident, he banned a member of staff without even letting them defend themselves or explain what happened, because he was so convinced. Nothing could change his mind. I unbanned Chip, but of course he rebanned him. I thought "fine, I'll wait for Luigi to do it", he didn't of course, since he didn't know Lerz rebanned him. Lerz told me that Luigi said Chip should stay banned until further investigations had been done, but obviously this was false. Then, when I banned Mumfie, he went against a higher ranked staff member and unbanned him, I demoted him, but he then promised to not unban him anymore if I gave his rank back. He broke his promise and unbanned him anyways, then refused to admit it. So he thinks he can ban whoever he wants, and no one can unban them, except luigi, but he can unban whoever he wants? I remember one incident with Ivy_cat where he also abused his ban. I banned Ivy for griefing, and she and her dad told me to keep her banned for a bit to investigate, because it wasn't clear if she was hacked or not. Lerz just unbanned her, but a day later, she had been talking in a skype group, Lerz was apparently "sick of her spam" and decided to reban her for something she did on skype, but used the previous ban reason.

It was my fault of that spam chat for adding him Plus it was Chip who rebanned me as far as I know, I was there on /msg We agreed to ban me until we've completely got hacker off my account and for that week I was continuously being unbanned and rebanned while I checked up on that continuous skype call
