Complaint 1: Jordan-Because he has the power to edit claimed land he thinks it is okay to mine straight through my house, so that his ugly line of hoppers can go straight. Complaint 2: Spawn- Whoever has built at the bottom of spawn steps has fucked up, imagine joining the server and seeing that, it actually is an eyesaw and pathetic; a cactus farm? really? Complaint 3: Lerz- He isnt staff any more (luckily) but still acts it, i tped to the outside of a house, not causing any harm, just looking for people to play with, when he tp's me 50 times and kicks me 3 times. |

If you calmly approached me before making this complaint not so calmly I could have destroyed it. Also, I joined your faction for a bit so that was when I built it.For spawn: we are currently making a new one. Concerning Lerz, it was his desicion to leave and now he shall be treated accordingly. Lerz, it didn't have to work this way but you made it. |

I don't see the problem with having a cactus farm outside spawn as long as it's not obstructing the exit or directly in the way of any possible pathways. The spawn is in a desert so a cactus farm suits the location.If you're going to randomly teleport to people without their permission, don't be surprised when they kick you or teleport you away. Although trespassing does not directly harm someone, it's associated with causing damage to property or theft since if you had good intentions you would have politely asked first before teleporting or entering someone's land. I'm glad Lerz is still taking initiative to uphold the rules even though he's not staff anymore. Citizens can't defend themselves from abusive behaviour, so if more good donators acted like staff when there are no staff available it would certainly help make the server a better place. |

yeah but to be fair, people with no limbs can build a better scenery than the shit that has been built there atm.. floating stairs. Like 100 hoppers - wich is probably contributing lag and rails every where and none if it is useable and its ugly/ shit |

Thanks Luigi. BTW Harvoo you were in our house. Jazzy Lolo and I were building. We asked you countless times to leave yet you did not. I tp'd you away a lot but you just kept coming back without asking or having of had permission from 1 of us. I don't act like staff but I wanted you gone so I had to use my left over perms to get you out! |

and jordan i am so disappointed that a staff would greif. and dont try saying it is okay because you joined my closed faction without my permission. It just shows what a little child you are. Jason is my proof of the greif and i also have a few screenshots aswell as you admitting it so i hope you dont go unpunished as if that was any other player you would ban them in a heart beat.Also the new spawn has already been built (dont ruin this one). Luigi you obviously havent seen what im on about. |

Harvoo has a point, if it is all correct then Jordan griefed. There's no two ways about it and I believe as Harvoo said Jordan should not be let off so easily. |

Jordan griefed Harvoo, unclaimed his land and dug through it just to lay down some hoppers he could have diverted in another direction. This was grief, he did not ask permission. |

The unclaim was an earlier offence. for this he joined the fac without permission and dug through. I will explain the unclaiming scenario:I let him off for this but now he doesnt deserve it He unclaimed my land and gave it to some randomer who built a weird redstone contraption. I asked chip to claim it for me and rollback the greif. He did like a good staff would. Jordan then banned me for 5 days and claimed my land back. I should have brought this up but i was being kind letting him off... i shouldnt have been. |

Harvoo, on my own logs it actually shows proof of me asking to join your faction. To add, I was digging through without the knowledge of there being a house and once I came across it (it) looked quite abandonned. Aswell I was FasterAndFurious was previously arguing with Beetlejuice, Joshy01045 and myself I had my chat turned off as I couldn't stand being treated the way I was. That is over now. I also believe that the original hopperline was established before I became moderator, before that was our spawn. I wanted to get a prime position in the new spawn town so I began building there- If I remember correctly there was issues in the system of my item transportation system which ended up being griefed by a player who was in the Loners faction (Harvoo's). So without doubt I checked it and it was gone so I replaced it, clearly Harvoo has seen this and thought otherwise. I'd like to give my thankyou to miketikel and Penquinator for actually considering that this isn't a one sided story. I have a proposition with the Loners faction that may solve this issue but I will only speak of it ingame to Harvoo and his faction. |

I have a railway there aswell and i built the wall- so it is my land and you should not have given me a 5 day ban for taking it back. Its still grief as it clearly says Loners when you enter the land. also it is a very large house and you drilled through a load of stone brick and even my fish tank so it must of clicked that it was someone's property. And abandoned or not you shouldnt have interfered.This is an abuse of powers as if i was to go break some old building of yours i would be perm banned. |

As I stated before, I hope we can come to an agreement of who owns which piece of land. Seeming our builds are both in the same chunk of land, I think that perhaps we could leave it wilderness? Any grief of it can be easily rolled back as I often visit the area. |

Also, just to clarify any build that's owner hasnt been on for three months can be taken down/ partially destroyed to make room for something else. At the time of building there was also a recent block data reset so I was unsure about the age but using my estimation it looked such age.PLEASE READ BELOW I feel this is a heated argument with two different sides and two different stories. Harvoo, may we put this aside and peacefully discuss who's land is who's? It is the easiest way and no-one could be biased. I hope we can soon become neutral of this situation. |

I assumed you did as core protect data said you placed the blocks there were where it was overclaimed. Thanks for your reply.May we close this topic here? There is no point, seeming we both have builds in the same chunk. Its just heated & pointless. I think we could simply leave it as wilderness and if its griefed we can easily roll it back. |
