I removed the kickall command, it doesn't work for anyone (or shouldn't, don't try it). The /killall command is a donator command so will not be given to defaults. |

i asked Luigi to remove /killall from all Donators, and only allow staff to have access; the command /killall was causing a LOT of grief from people losing their animals and armour, as the command /killall kills ALL entities so it destroys armor stands too.The command would not have had to be removed if the people with access knew how to execute the command correctly (by specifying the kills to only hostile mobs). Although, players with the perm could obviously not be trusted to do this, so it was removed. There is no current need for Donators to have the command as when there are players there are staff usually, so the staff member can just execute the command instead. I personally only do /killall (specified) if the entity level through-out the server is rather high, if it isn't i don't bother. i can tell if the Mob level is too high by using /gc or /lag, which displays entity amounts, how much ram is free, uptime, and the TPS (basically the basic data of the server, enough for me to carry out a mini investigation of why there is lag), however, /gc or /lag are only admin perms so it disables Moderators to effectively lower lag - but that is another topic in its own. |
