---No longer a problem--- Hello, as you may know penquinator was not able to get on for a few weeks for things that she couldn't control which I understand but what she can control is her attitude she is very rude to players and while she wasnt here there were no fights and the server/forums (not including this one) The real reason i am doing this is also because of the abuse i had just experienced Luigi had given me permission to claim this land for our faction and that we could also live there go to now a week later she logs on I tell her about it (so she knows what happens not trying to be mean) she unclaims all the land (where some of the builds weren't even hers and someone has been living there chests and all) she then reclaims it and tells me if i dont leave the area she will jail me (i wasn't even on her land) she tps me away I know it was 'her' build but she wasn't active at the time and we didn't know why she had gone (Thought he quit) and we had permission to get it she wouldn't of known if i didn't tell her so it didn't impact her that much as i said wasnt claimed I would of been better with this if she didnt just abuse her powers and wait for luigi in conclusion Penq should be demoted due to this abuse im sure she has abused in other places as well not only this she seems a little power hungry (when ever someone is going to be promoted she is super nice to everyone and then hates the person that gets promoted) -gheesus |

I respect the fact Luigi is the owner, but he has no right to Dismiss builds to whoever he pleases. That town was fully claimed by my faction 'Westeros' I gave it perm status and join another faction, to help. I also had someone living in that town. Prince55.I am not power hungry, I have never asked for a promotion. You pointed out my atitude sucks, ask recently how I've been. Welcoming people back, saying hello, asking how people's days are going and even giving people advise if they aren't feeling too great. Bad attitude? Not anymore. Also, the reason I was not doing anything with it is because it was me and Prince55's thing, we were going to build a stables, barn, ect. It was obvious it was my owned town, considering the signs and chests were presumptuously CLAIMED. Also, it is rare that I abuse on purpose, without the 'victim' being in on the joke. I've had few reports on me since mod. 2 or 3? - Not including this one - and all if my memory is correct where deemed that I did nothing wrong, but could've improved my method. In which I learnt from and changed my method for that certain situation. Not to mention the fact I sent an email to chip apologizing for creating the drama with the report - And you know why I made it in the first place, but that isn't important anymore - and I have been nice to him, even though he was AFK at the time. In conclusion, I'm improving, I do not want to be demoted and I don't think what I did was wrong. Considering it 'was' claimed by my faction before. ( I don't know what happened but now the faction's delete ) |

Penq's maturity is way too low, she's like a female version of AlfaDog1 (sex is her favourite subject to talk about). Don't get me wrong, she can be a really lovely person, but the maturity issue is way too large. Btw that last statement is correct, penq was super nice to everyone, acted slightly more mature, then when I was promoted instead of her, she went quiet for a day or so, lost her drive to help players, and now seems to have hatred towards players for nothing. <--- just a few points I think that you can improve, then I won't have any issue with you (because like I said in my admin app, I don't hold grudges). *prepares for incoming hate. I know it looks bad for staff to go against each other but notice hiw I haven't voted +1 or -1* |

I didnt understand the full story at the time I just think it would of been better if you waited until luigi I would of done the same thing to be honest ill just have to get austin to move his stuff |

I put a message through skype Chip, perhaps you didn't get it ( I was on my phone's 3g ) and I've found my 'interest' in helping again. Honestly the break probably was for the best. Anyway, hope this is now resolved. Your friend can live in the same town and I can unclaim it for him, but ask him not to build any more houses - I have it planned out for me and Prince55 to use - |

penq has always been pathetic at staffing so if she needed a demotion she would have got it ages ago. Luigi might decide to replace her with lolo at his own choice so there was no need to write a full essay about such a basic opinion.^like your boyfriend does |

The town actually wasn't claimed when I allowed Gheesus to occupy it. In addition to that, it was abandoned, so when she asked about it I thought that instead of letting it be griefed I would rather someone else make use of it and maintain it. |

" First of all, she doesn't talk about those things unless if someone else starts it.(Trust me, i've done it before xD) But, Penq can be rude with her bad attitude, for instance, me and a few other ppl did a simple joke on her, and she got mad at us for that and kicked me out of the server 2 times. But I dont think that she needs a demotion, I think that she just needs to relax. Also, THIS IS ALL FREAKING POINTLESS!
