I am withdrawing this complaint as Crafty has quit and tones has proven to me otherwise. I will keep the complaint here for if You'd like to read it: I don’t really have that many problems with this server, and this complaint isn’t too big of an issue. Some staff members. Now I fully understand if you see this as biased as I am running for admin, but I can atleast try and say that this is not. There are two outstanding staff members that are inactive. Well, one is active but AFK and when not extremely unresponsive and punishes way too harshly. These two staff members are Crafty1212 and tones1208. I will also add into this complaint Lerz. I am not sure how Lerz has been given another chance at moderator when there are such perfect candidates out there such as Phaedre, Sneakysquirtle and Dylan. Lerz is fine, he does his job, however I feel that if any of these three where promoted instead of Lerz, the server would immediately change for the better. Something that also annoys me is that Lerz was promoted before Thomas. It is clear that most people on the server would rather have Thomas and those other 3 that I stated before as full mod rather than Lerz. About tones1208 and Crafty1212 however. Crafty1212 usually comes on for about 10 minutes and then leaves. I feel this because when someone like luigi would check if the server was understaffed, he would see that crafty was online, when in reality that she was online for only 5-10 minutes. As I said before, I understand if people think that my opinion on tones1208’s staffing is biased, but I can do my best to tell you it’s not. I’m going to be completely honest, and say that either Penquinator or myself would be such a better admin than tones1208. Currently, tones1208 is online but AFK and I have had people asking me to do multiple things that only an admin can do. I understand that I may not be trusted with administrator, but Penquinator should. Especially since there is already an open admin space. Promoting Penquinator (or myself, if I am trusted...) would do no harm at all as I am fairly certain that she if trusted to fill the open admin spot. So even if tones1208 doesn’t deserve a demotion, I think Penquinator (again, or myself) would be a much better administrator then no administrator. Thank you for taking your time to read this post. 100% Agree with you. I promised a donation of 40$ if I was unbanned, (including 15 because of the map reset), which I will NOT be donating to this server, Why would I donate to a server where the owner doesn't listen to the players opinions, doesn't care about the facts, (the facts being that Lerz is a useless, abusive, immature little brat).Not sure if anyone noticed, I'm not really playing at the moment. However, Spyro, you need to stop trying to hard for Admin, you are not suited for it, there are better candidates for admin other than you. |

Thanks for your opinion. I understand and agree with the fact that there are other candidates for admin that deserve it more, such as Penquinator. |

Lerz was promoted to full moderator before Thomas because he has been trial for longer. The results from the "should lerz be promoted" were 26 - 19 in favour of yes.Also, I feel like none of the current moderators are suitable for the Admin position. That and the fact you have forgotten to take time zones into consideration. If penq was to be promoted, there would not be any use with her, there is already myself and eddie in the BST timezone and we are both extremely active (eddie is just on holiday recently) there is no need for another admin in our timezone, I get around to every player easily. We need to have a staff board that is spread out, and have more powerful people in the timezones of tones1208. To add, I don't think penq is best suited for admin by a long shot. |
