First of, let me make this clear, I do not mean to offend anyone mentioned on this post - it is simply my ideas - and secondly this isn't going to be a completely new staff board but a few alterations I think will benefit the server greatly.Most of you know by now that our current staff team is possibly as poor as when we had Mr.Infamour BlueRoon as admin, I must give it some of the staff members we have are great - However, the minority make a heavy impact. Lets start of with the Admins we have, currently we have Sparqy, Tones, James and Chip as our Admins. - I believe two of these need a demotion. I will start with Chip. By now, anyone who is on the fourms frequently already knows why Chip needs a demotion, but to sum it up he has abused multiple commands & has leaked private information of players not to mention the multiple lies hes made. So, most definately Chip needs a demotion. Now lets move on to Tones, tones is a great Admin when she's actually online and doing something- Which usually isn't the case. She leaves without fully telling us of her absence, she's inactive and doesn't really do her job properly - at all. These two demotions will leave a total of 3 Administrator positions ready to be taken up, in which I would suggest promoting myself, thomas and Jordan to the positions. This is because we're the most active, and experienced moderators in the team. - Now this also leaves up 3 moderator positions ( Unless Chip & Tones are put as moderator ) With these spots we can have a great change to the staff, by adding members such a Dylan, ( just an example and most favoured candidate ) to the team. Just as a quick over view. The staff team could look something like this.Owner - Luigi Head - Cheese Admins - Sparqy,Jordan,Thomas,Penq,James Mods - Lolo, Dylan, Icy, Ivy and potentially Ellie ( People which have been suggested to me ) This, in my opinion is a much cleaner more professional looking staff team. While I do agree with your ideas about demotion, however, I feel that with the amount of inactive staff at certain hours, there should be more- how do I put this- Individually active? Individually active players as staff (Temp, Mod etc.), as once you get to some points of the night/day, there are no staff as a majority of them cant get on, or are asleep. This is a problem because when problems occur during these hours, players need to wait multiple hours for a staff member to get on.One other thing- With the choices for Mods, I feel like that should come back to a non-biased vote for staff members like the previous one. A sort of staff election. And this time actually include all applicants, rather than a selection of 7 or so, which left out some candidates. Besides that, I do like your points and ideas on this topic, I just think we need a better process of how we elect staff, and getting more active staff members, along with staff members who can be on when a majority of staff aren't. Even another rank with /kick and /mute would be sufficient to supply to a small group of players who aren't quite staff material yet, but could help out with issues. Kind of like a trial-trial-mod, you know what I mean? Who knows, maybe if there is another staff elections, maybe some people will rerun. :) (Also Dylan is top pick for mod for sure) -Astro Addendum : Just realized you've added yourself to admins, I do appreciate you as a mod, but I'd rather have Lolo, or hell- Even Dylan as an admin. You just aren't ready Penq. Addendum #2 : I keep looking this over and realizing the flaws. Penq, I agree about the demotions but that is it. You shouldn't be in charge of assigning new staff members because its apparent you play favorites and ignore experience, and what the actual community wants. |

Ellie-Not by how she kept calling me a 50 year old pervert just because I didnt talk in a skype chat.I kind of regret being in the skype chat too,since alot of "f--- you.."came from her mouth too. Now I completely understand that was just a joke with me being a 50 year old pervert,and the vulgars that came from her mouth(if im not too wrong its about 5),but sometimes you just cant go too overboard.. Ivy-Really nice,but I dont really see her as mod material. If Jordan does moves up to admin,im hoping and pretty sure dylan fills in. Also,I will repeat that im of no intention of hurting anyone's feelings. |

Remove Chip from staff and lerz will be able to do more positive things for the community and the staff team. Whenever Lerz does something, Chip is right up his ass. Before all this recent shit happened, I thought that Lerz and Chip cannot be staff at the same time. Chip should go.There needs to be harmony within the staff team for them to actually do something good, it wont work if they fight against each other. Sparqy is a 1 in a 100 you can get as a staff member, and Chip just publically attacked him on the forums. This is something he could've taken up with Sparqy privately in either staffchat, staff group on skype or private message him. Instead he made a complaint which forces people to choose 1 or the other. It's a pathetic way for a staff member to do something like that. |

Pen, a few days ago we were both finding elytras, I found 5 ligit but you were flying around and found about 10. At this time I did not know that staff were not aloud to use fly for personal use, but now I do. Also after you said that you would sell the elytras if anyone offered a ok price. I count that as personal use. I never took a screenshot so I don't have full proof but it will be somewhere in the logs. |

actually i have some insight, id say +1 to everything but making you admin.Your reckless, you challenge anybody you dont like, which is very unprofessional, you dont seem to be very active as for the last 4 days ive been on ive seen you once, you get angry at literally anything you dont like, youd most likely abuse the powers that come with admin recklessly and unthoughtfully. so +1 to everything but your promotion. |

@Harvoo, I've spoken to Luigi. My intentions were to hold 'events' and make community friendly games in which the prize would be loot from an End city. Luigi did not like the idea so I've decided to rollback End cities -which I have looted- for players.@Blue, I log on and you continuously message me with provoking messages. I calmy reply "Can you stop?" "Your pathetic attempts to annoy me aren't working" This is day 1, the next day you keep messaging me about Vlad. Again, "Can you stop?" "You're really annoying" Also, I'm just throwing it out there that apart from Chip & Lerz I have the highest play time out of all the staff. So calling me 'inactive' isn't really correct - I've just not been playing on the server recently - due to the situation with Chip and Luigi's bias. Admin has few extra commands - I've never rightfully been accused of abuse of my moderator commands. I've mistakenly banned people due to being fed false information but that's completely not my fault. So thanks for trying to make me sound like a terrible person but you're incorrect about everything! Nice try blue. |

And may I remind you that whenever I made a decision as admin you usually backed me and just because something made you pissy towards me doesn't give you the right to try and blame your failures on me, and the reason I was messaging you that (I was saying penguin instead of penquin cuz it used to annoy her, and I messaged "vladdddds dead", clad is my iron golem) is because we apparently used to be friends, unless you were just acting because I backed you for admin. And if you can jog my memory of how I'm like chip, I'd appreciate it, thanks |

Yes, I am 12 but I personally think I've proven to be more mature than a 12 year old. I agree that we need staff members that are passed school, and can be on while other staff members cannot- and then, let those staff members staff at times around that. |
