I think it would be a great idea to have Trainee's or Helpers because that would make sure more mods in the future. I believe that you should train under a mod to make sure the mod knows you are capable of the moderator position. Therefore, you will not be able to abuse the system. So who wants to make a huge WebbCraft change with me? |

No, I Just Feel that mods can abuse the system. Being a trial-mod would mean that they would be under watch. Then mods will not abuse the system. Sorry if you took it the wrong way. :( |

+1 Decgarrett has a great idea here that would ensure we had a solid staff team. Training our staff team prior to them receiving the Mod rank would vastly improve the team. |

+1 Think its great idea. I saw trial mods when I first joined but then with the big ruckuss that went on haven't seen any trial's or helpers since then. Its also a good way to train people who want to help out but are just not sure what it entails. |

It is where a player is given Mod, but first they must complete at least a week as trial mod. Which is the training + making sure they're good process. Riddled (can't be stuffed typing numbers) Again, Trial Mod. The process of training the mods and making sure they could do a good job. Blue Lol. Is that really the reason? Jeez... Kids on this server are bloody sad... Belgbor - Trial Mod is still a rank, but after Thom, noone else has been promoted (unless I should swap thom with sneaky), which is why you don't see anyone. Note: I haven't played for like ages - So this is what I've worked out from the forums. |
