Hello people,I just want to start out by expressing how glad I am that Armzngunz is our new Head Admin. I voted for Armz because I wanted Armz to be Head Admin, and because I believe that he will do a great job leading our staff. That being said, as a lot of people have expressed, the server is suffering from a lack people running the server "behind the scenes". As you all know, we are currently without a Co-Owner. A lot of good servers are being run by a single person, but as most of us know, Luigiofthebakery is busy with school and whatnot. If asked who would be the obvious choice, one person springs to mind. Chip_Bruh is my suggested candidate, and tbh he's already filling that role. I feel like Chip has always been the one helping out Luigi run the server behind the scenes. I don't feel like Chip should be Head Admin though, I still stand behind what I said about Armz. In my opinion, Chip isn't as fit to be Head Admin as he is to be the guy actually running the server together with Luigi. And to Luigi: I'm guessing you're still looking for another admin and/or moderator. When you find one, you can keep 5 admins and 5 mods as usual, or 4 admins and 6 moderators (with Armz being one of the admins) and you would still have 12 staff. What I'm trying to say is... i am happy that Armz is Head Admin. But Chip (along with Luigi) has always been the one running things, and I'd like Chip to have the matching authority for that. He deserves Co-Owner, because that's where he would make the biggest difference, and I believe the server needs a Co-Owner to keep track of things and help in cases where Luigi is too busy, or asleep. So to make it clear: Armz as Head-Admin, and Chip as Co-Owner/running the server with whatever title. We need Chip to run things around here. |

I am happy that he is Head Admin. What I'm saying is, Chip's always been the one running things, and I'd like him to have the matching authority for that. Chip deserve Co-Owner, because that's where he'd make the biggest difference, and I believe the server needs a Co-Owner since it's near impossible to run a server by yourself if you can't dedicate almost all of your time to it. So to make it clear: Armz as Admin or chief of staff/head admin, and Chip as Co-Owner/running the server with whatever title. We need you to run things around here. |

It is true that I am the single person here aside from luigi which has / had so much influence in the running of the server behind the scenes and on the front pages.I've done a lot here and I feel like it isn't appreciated as much as it should be. Everyone thanks luigi for what he has done, said he's great at what he does... etc. Simply because he is the actual Owner. Don't get me wrong, he is amazing at what he does, but the fact is, I've done a lot too. |

My point exactly. Luigi is a great owner, but he can't do it all by himself. Giving you Co-Owner is simply recognising you for what you're doing already. |

+1. No one deserves it more than him. Also, co owner is like owner, so like this we will still have an owner if luigi isn't on. Chip was owner for some time, and he was an awesome one, he actually told us what he was doing and explained things. So +1 |

i don't think chip should be co-owner because what i've seen from what he's done to me, and what others have told me, he is extremely immature and dickish. and no, i'm not just saying that because you're a dick, but i have heard things from many others about you, and i'm not using any names to bring them out to the spotlight. |

i'm basing my vote off of what i've seen of you, and what other have told me about you. i wouldn't hate you if you punished me for a valid reason. that would be an asshole move on my side. it's the fact that you go out of your way to fuck with me, and the people that have told me the stories. now, i don't know if everything i heard about you is true, but it seems pretty accurate compared to what i have seen myself. |

I don't go out of my way to be an asshole to you.You should base your opinion on what you've seen, not heard. A lot of bullshit happened with mumfie92 and his friends... if that's what you're talking about then you've seriously been taken in the wrong direction... I can quite easily prove to you that I'm a nice person and I do my job correctly, just don't annoy me and we'll be chill. For example: we cleared our slate and the next day you said on the forum that I was being an asshole and abusing you... even tho i didn't ban you. We've both done wrong to eachother, how about you don't constantly mention me everywhere in bad name, and I won't get pissed with you. :) |

There was a time when Chip was Co-Owner temporarily, but Luigi wouldn't actually let Chip improve anything, which leads to a fact that has been stated multiple times: Luigi needs to be replaced if this server were to ever be improved.I mean, it is possible that maybe someday Luigi will stop being so busy and will be able to actually improve the server, but I doubt that will happen. Not to mention if it does mean that we just have to wait for him, most of us would rather not have to wait. |
