She does not believe she was properly treated because of her past relationship with Chip_Bruh (which could conflict with Chip's admin duties.) [http://imgur.com/sJCVJKB] There is clearly corruption between Chip's feelings about Emily and his duty of being impartial as a staff member. I am simply an intermediate. Please handle this fairly.

I've simply taken what he said and only just recently put it into action. I find it ridiculous that she talks about respect... While it is true that I could have told her why I demoted her - it did actually pass my mind - I stopped myself, She'd know exactly why she lost her rank. Especially after my little chat with Ruben. She also would NOT receive member, as member is a rank gained by playing for 2 years, having a vote token, and also never breaking any major rules. (Emily has neither of these) It passed my mind to give her citizen+, but I stopped myself as she has broken both rule 1 and rule 3 multiple times, which rule her out for eligibility.

No, it's called being human. If I banned her or punished her it'd be abuse. But all I did was remove something I rightfully owned. And i'd like to know since you stated I broke rules 1 & 3 multiple times why you didn't take action before.. it's because you're so biased towards those you like and dislike, a good staff member wouldn't be so biased and they'd make it fair. Like NicNac said with the TV, I mean sure you can take it from me I don't really care because i'm not as active anymore but atleast tell me or have some respect? I know all this stuff is fixed now but can we just take a moment and actually realize who our admin really is?

I see how ruben can get the assumption that chip wanted to take her rank after the conversation they had. (I was told about what happened). But I can assure you that chip has talked to me about taking her rank before the conversation.

That's petty. I believe you've done this purely out of ego. It's just simply petty. It doesn't solve anything to demote her and cause all of this because you dislike her. You did this because you had the power to. And another thing, regardless of if it's online or not, I wouldn't treat anyone who has had a bad record with me poorly simply because I could. You wrote you asked Luigi and other staff about it, which leans into "I'm doing this just to be petty." It's pathetic in my opinion to go this far just to ruin someone's experience when the arguing between ceases. I have given my ex an expensive necklace, but I don't ask for it back just because I bought it. That would be a douche move.

And asking staff and luigi to approve of your removing her rank is even more pathetic, as you knew it was wrong so you wanted to get all the staff team by your side. Let's create an example here chip, me and this girl get in a relationship, we're dating, for her birthday I buy her something that isn't the cheapest of things, a month later we break up. I would ignore or avoid her at the most, or maybe try talking to her, but I sure as hell won't go bashing her, insulting her and creating more drama just to get that something I bought her back. Lastly, you won't even benefit from the rank, you're the second strongest staff member and if say you get demoted, you were still a donator. So come on, just give the rank back and stop creating the drama. If you want Emily to forget that you exist, do something like; Give her the rank if she promises to not talk to you at all. But this act was just low mate.
