i know that a lot of people are going to say "He only just got mod" and that's why I'm making this post.If he had been Mod for longer i'd promote him myself but at the moment it's probably a little soon. I'd just like to point out that Zed is possibly one of the best moderators i have seen. i don't mean to insult any of the other mods, just Zed's judgement seems to be absolutely perfect. He performs punishments and thinks the way that an admin should. When he is unsure of something he will ask if his judgement is correct. 100% of the time it is. I'm truly staggered that Zed has performed to beautifully thus far, Usually new mods need to take a while to get used to how to staff, i often need to correct their punishments or give them guidance. but Zed clicked right away, and has made zero decisions which i (as well as other staff) disagree with. I'd even go as far to say that he had the mindset and perfection of a head admin (soz armz). after seeing him in action without him knowing, i can also safely say that he is constantly performing as well as i usually see. His decisions are fair, they're how i'd staff, and i cannot fault him at all. His timezone covers a great range and it is in such a place where we do need an admin; His rank would be far from going to waste. Excellent job so far Zed, you're doing superb! I just hope that I'm not the only one to believe that your potential heavily outweighs how long you've been Mod. Can He get a +1? ;D |

this is legit the ONE time i agree with you+1, only because i feel he is the best mod on the team. i literally just said to ck that i don't support mods becoming admins too soon, but zed is just that good. |

AbstainI feel that all Mods are great candidates for Admin, I don't see one stretching farther than any others (Including me, which i'm working on) But potentially, he would make a great Admin. |

Plus 1, absolutely. However I would like to point out that while zed is damn near perfect in his staffing, the other mods, primarily ellie, ck, and shad, are also equally viable for admin in my opinion. They have experience and are just as dedicated. |

AbstainI have no issue with zed becoming admin, I think he would become an amazing admin. However, I don't think promoting him now is a great idea. *Removed*, and has been mod for 3-ish weeks. Again, I think he would be great, but I don't know if it is the best idea. EDIT: I misread zed's application, and assumed he said he joined this February. |

he only joined 3 months ago??sorry, but imma have to -1. as much as i love you as a player, and think you are the best mod, i honestly think 3 weeks is even too short for mod, nevermind admin. i usually set my bar at 4 months for me to +1 |

I honsetly do not know when I joined, it, I think it was more than 3 months, but I'm not sure because my player tracker is screwed up from when I first joined. |

Yes I know, however during that time since I joined I played maybe one two months and then quit for a while, I say 3 months because that is when I consider myself a part of the community but technically you can say I've been here for a year. |

So, anyone care to show me solid evidence of playtime effecting how good you are at staffing?People -1 and even changing to a -1 because of how short it's been. Show me some sort of proof that this makes Zed not admin worthy? Some of the best staff ever were promoted very soon. One person went from Donator+ right to head admin! |

AbstainZed is a really really REALLY good mod, but I do think he would need to stay mod a longer time than that to be promoted. If he was a mod just as long as ck or Ellie then it would be a +1 |

no, my first login was 12/23/2014, and it's hard to find that because i have 30 minecraft accounts (yes, 30), and i don't remember which one i logged in first with. all i remember is joining on that date with a friend. i joined back to play again in september of last year with another friend. |

Abstain I've never saw a situation that put you out from the other mods who are also worthy of a promotion, I apologise I just have nothing to judge from yet, probably due to my inactivity lately but eh, one day I will have a vote. As for what chip said where the point where someone joined has something to do with being a good admin, Zed said he was new to it and time means experience; which is a critical feature that all admins need because it's their job to deal with the shit the mods are unable. |

Okay, so I just got back from my little hiatus and im not fully informed about Zed- but I have seen how great he is now. He is very eager to help and is really approachable which could be a good thing for an admin as I feel honestly, that some of the admins arent as approachable as they could be. I think he is a great option but for the time being we should stick to the candidates who have been put through extremes and proven what they can do. Again, I dont know much about what he has been through. Also it hurt me to read that with all your lowercase "i's" Chippeh.Also he is the chosen one- and he has the spark. +1 |

+1, great guy doing a great job as mod, but really I agree he should make an application if he wants the job, does he feel he is ready or are other people pushing him to early and he is happy being a mod. I would also +1 Ckvoss for admin. Maybe it should be more about giving the current mods more power so they can help a wider scale of problems. I have also found that the mods are more approachable then the admins lately. |
