Hi all.A lot of servers include the ability to /ignore players through one of many plugins. With chat being so frequently full of racism and homophobia, could this command please be unlocked for all? The command mutes players just for you and you can /unignore too. There are recuring players who spam, use caps, and use vulgar language who are not banned but just constantly warned. This seems like a very personalised solution as well as causing no server strain and I know I for one would super appreciate it as it would make my time on the server more enjoyable, i want to focus the chat on all the good people to chat to! |

Why not everyone? Ive not been lucky enough to find a vote token to become citizen+ and shouldnt be punished for that. |

Well if i have to warn someone for racism and homophobia multiple times, i will sometimes just mute them right away because they know to stop. That's what all staff should do. Not just warn them every day (if they do)But some things people say that offend someone but not everyone else, that's why they want /ignore. |

Ive just seen that ppl can donate for ignore. Why does safety have to be locked behind a pay wall, that is really unfair. All ranks should be able to ignore players chats! I wish id put this in complaints now. |

-1I don't believe /ignore should be a thing at all. It shouldn't have to be. We should have at least one staff member online at all times (and not AFK) who deals with problems quickly and appropriately. Like whoever it was said, take a screenshot or get chat logs and report whoever is annoying you if there are no staff members online. |

It shouldn't have to be at all, but this is reality. We should have safety on this server. I am sick to death of all the swearing and abuse. On ONE day there was, homophobia, transphobia, racism, and a tonne of general abuse and aggressiveness.It has to stop. You cannot expect me to sit and screenshot it all and send it through, when there are mods who's jobs it is to deal with this who are online and who sometimes engage in it. If there is ANY care about the players on this server, the ability to ignore people will NOT be behind a PAYWALL. |

+1 yeah /ignore would be nice for citizens but maybe have the amount of people you ignore limited to like 5 (just an arbitrary number) |

Really? Fighting over an /ignore command? Just implement it for goodness sakes. It's a simple command.You guys who are stuff are making a huge thing out of a command that should be there already but because you're staff, you don't want your role removed of /mute (ing) people. It is a pay wall for just that and it's stupid. We basically always have homophobia and racism but staff just want a job of mute to feel powerful, come on. Enough said. (Staff might be on, but people might be on earlier and have seen it for a while, but the staff haven't seen it so they do not have any type of evidence or reasoning to mute. It could be so annoying because I know for a fact we do not have a staff member from every active region.) |

+1 this is a quality of life thing, not really a perk and I think everyone should have access it. I've noticed at around 2am EST most mods and admins are offline and we always seem to get some asshole kids who thinks it's funny to spam the chat with the n-word. So it would be very helpful for everyone to have access to the command, and I don't really see a downside. For now though I guess the temporary solution if there's a major issue is to go to your chat setting and make the size something small enough that you can't see until the offender goes away. |

A phobia is an irrational fear, not discrimination. Please do not use the term "homophobia" like that. Back on topic, +1 /ignore should be available to everyone. I do have a list of people of whom I don't want to hear, and using /ignore on them would not burden anyone on the server in any way. |
