Recently I noticed that deforestation at the wilderness warp and other biome warps had been getting pretty bad, so I made a plugin that generates trees around a radius with the command /treegen (or /forestgen).I was thinking that maybe there could be a new rank called [Lorax] that would have this command to assist in taking care of our natural environment. The rank could be obtained by donating or through vote tokens. I thought for a while about what to call this rank, and some of the other things I thought of were too long, so I eventually settled on that name. Reply with any other suggestions for the name or how it should be obtained. Alternatively this command could just be given to staff. |

I would love this to be implomented, but how much would the base cost be? And if I paid the balance to upgrade, would I loose donator+ things such as /fly? |

We've had suggestions for this before but all of the names were petty basic like Cleaner or something. I would've never thought have lorax but its a great idea! I think it should be obtained through vote tokens or donating about 5 pounds |

Forester - name suggestion.Lorax is pretty good though. I agree with Jordan about how it should be obtained. Five pounds or a vote token. Maybe it could also be earned by planting 10,000 trees on the server? |

I really don't see how it can be a rank to replant trees. It should be given to staff and/or a trusted few who you believe wont abuse it and will actually do the job of reforesting the place. if it was just a rank some would become stupid and just replant to make jokes or reforest where others have just cleared to make a build. |

If your going to make a new rank, why not make it trial-mod and make it cost 100$? You already did it once with Ross, it would only be fair |

I say it should be an Architect and Staff perk because trees can also be an important part of the building process. The only problem is that /tree can bypass claims and cause problems with grief.Addendum: Just realized this is a plugin other than world edit so part of what I said isnt relevant. |

I live in a forest and although I replant a lot, there was mass deforestation prior to me joining the server. This would avoid a full restart but I think the nether and end sorely need remaking. |

I agree that maybe it cant be trusted with players, as Belg said people who have just cleared an area for their build would probably not want it covered with trees again. It would be a great help for somewhere like at /warp jungle or /warp spruce where all the trees have gone. So yeah great idea! :) |

Id say give it to staff, and then include it in what member already has. Most players with the Member rank are already trustworthy as they earned it by playing for a year. This would take the burden off staff members (like you) to run around generating trees for hours. A good member could do a bit of planting when they need trees, at one of those warps. They take a couple for what they need, and leave the rest as part of the restoration process. |

Give it to someone non staff related. At least donators. [Builder] while nobody seems to care has literally nothing as far as decent commands go. Most donation ranks aside from [Architect] are the same way. I know the staff knows about the lack of donation perks too!+1 for giving it to VIP and above. |

+1, One think I would also like to see added to that rank is the ability for the [Lorax] to destroy half chopped trees. Nothing pisses me off more than seeing a floating tree where only one or two pieces of wood were taken. |
