Disable Item DropItem drop has been a very annoying thing to deal with. Its stupid that every time you die, you lose your stuff. I mean sure, you can type /back but what about in lava? You had really OP diamond armor, along with an elytra. BAM, It's gone! In the end? You fell into the void. Well, woopsies! Your items that you worked so hard for are no longer in your possession. Now, I know this appeal seems immature, but I honestly think this is annoying. I mean sure, this is a survival server, but this isn't too hard of a thing to add. Some people actually have to be annoyed by this. You probably got used to it now, if you've been here for a while. But its just a really stupid thing to deal with. I've lost plenty of stuff from Item Drop, and it irritates me a whole lot. You're probably like "But you literally came back a day ago! How are you already making suggestions?" I just like to notify the staff and the owner of problems the players are experiencing. Now that I'm thinking about it, I have another example. Say you're in a PVP match, and you die. Your items drop, and they're in the hands of other people. If they don't give it back, sure you can ban them. But why have the drama happen in the first place? That's very asinine. Anyways, thank you for reading my suggestion, and I hope you got my point. |

-1 We are trying to make this survival-like. Your items drop, and they're in the hands of other people. If they don't give it back, sure you can ban them. If you don't agree on givebacks they can keep your items. I mean sure, you can type /back but what about in lava? If you're meaning doing /back and going into lava, that can't happen, it will teleport you to the nearest standable place. If you mean being too slow to type /back in lava that's your fault for falling in lava. |

-1 I agree with ck that it would ruin the survival aspect of the server, which is what I enjoy the most |

make multiples of everything you have, organise your inventory accordingly to what you are going to do.For example if you're going mining, you should only really carry a sword, a few picaxes and cheap iron armor. |

Alternatively I have a key binded on my keyboard as a sort of "holy shit" handle. It types /back real fast if I'm ever in a bad situation. |

You finally get unbanned and you complain? Nice. |

When you walk the front line don't take anything you will miss when it's lost. |

@Brooke You mean keepInventory. Though it would a cool idea but it's kind of defeats the purpose of surviving |

-1 People have got to learn to not take everything with them. So sick of hearing "oh no my elytra" or "oh no my stack of diamonds and every diamond fully enchanted tool I own" etc. Even when u go afk, take everything precious off just in case something happens, carry and enderchest and keep your precious goodies in there until they are needed. At least if u die and lose the enderchest the items inside it are safe. Make and keep a second set of armour and tools and only take what you need for the task ahead. I mean we have the /home and /back command so its not hard to pop back home and bring some other gear if u need it and drop your precious stuff off in the middle of a task so u dont have it all on you. |

/Heal and /feed defeat the purpose of survival just as much. Nobody complains about that. With /smite a sword or flint and steel are rendered useless. /Fly can be used to escape potential threats. And who needs to find a pet when you have /kittycannon? |
