ok, so I had an idea for the server that could help the server benefit.1. I think that there should be kits, each rank should get kits depending on the rank. You could use this to not have to give a bunch of op commands etc.. to high ranks and compromise with kits. 2. Keys. Vote keys for voting and cheap keys that you can buy with irl money. Without having to spend a bunch of money for a high rank, you could spend a little money for a key and try your luck to see if you get something good. This could possibly keep the server up and running as a bunch of people already have ranks. |

Kits might be an idea, but I can't see those who have already donated being willing to give up commands for kits!As for lootbox mechanics, it should absolutely never be implemented firstly it's gambling, whatever name you give, secondly it's marketing gambling to people under the age of 18 which in the real world is completely illegal in most civilised nations, finally as of this month a number of EU countries are in the middle of creating legislation that may well make it illegal in the interwebs too. ok, so I suggested kits because i know that like architect and stuff get really op commands and make it seem like the game is buy to play, because it's much easier to play with the commands, but for the keys, i sorta see where you are getting at. |
