So I for some reason was intrigued by this forum. (If you are too lazy to go to it the skinny is some 16 year old, Lifoo committed some sexual misconduct, he appeals, Chip_Bruh goes off on him) I am aware of the age of the post, however this was my first time seeing it. Initially I was going to write about how Lifoo was only 16 at the time thinking he had said he was 18, but I was mistaken. However this topic reminded me of another: The Chip_bruh Report. I do want to note that Chip_bruh has yet to respond to this topic. The first set of allegations are that Chip_bruh was harassing another player. From the provided chat logs it isn't a hard thing judge whether or not Chip_bruh is harassing Mumfie, (He is for those too lazy to check themselves.) He also used his position of power as an Admin to obtain the IP address of the player he was harassing, which is a big no no. Now, according to the rules Mushroom Co. holds so dearly, harassment is not allowed. I don't know if there is a statute of limitations that the server follows regarding harassment, or rule breaking for that matter. However, there is no compelling evidence that Chip_Bruh was ever punished, nor an actual investigation by staff members was ever done. Which is a shame. BUT WAIT, THERES MORE! The second allegation made against Chip_bruh is one of sexual nature, the one that reminded me of this topic for is similarity. Guiness4, the topic author, accuses Chip_Bruh that he has sexually and verbally harassed Mushroom Co. players with the intent to exploit them sexually. Which sounds sorta bad, doesn’t it? Almost, like he is a “sexual predator”(quote via Chip_Bruh). Now, here’s the juicy part. Chip_Bruh, according to Guiness4, admitted to receiving explicit photos from MULTIPLE Mushroom Co. players. Chip_Bruh is quoted as saying “’I didn't pressurize anyone into sending me 'nudes' they willingly sent them to me via snapchat’" Let me note that he uses “they” which signifies that he is referring to MULTIPLE female players. Also Chip_Bruh’s taking a lack of responsibly sounds very similar to Lifoo’s phrasing in his appeal. “You will see she was the one who encouraged me to act the way I did, screenshotted it, then reported me.” It gets better. Chip_Bruh then makes the claim to Guiness4 that he is not a pedophile because he is under 16, information he got from his “’barrister’” brother. But here’s the facts in the United Kingdom, it is illegal to take, make, distribute, show or possess an indecent image of a child under 18, as of 2003. This is due to international nature of such content. I know that in the U.S. the age of consent varies from state to state, but the same 18 year old requirement for pornographic content applies. So Chip_Bruh broke his nation’s laws by taking and possessing, as well as making under-age pornographic content. I am wagering that some, if not all, of Chip_bruh’s interactions were with players who were underage, due to the average age of the Mushroom Co. player base at the time, and what age bracket is susceptible to such coaxing. Guiness4 accuses Chip_bruh that he pressured / harassed the female players into sending the explicit photos, and I can’t speak towards that, nor is it supported with any evidence, but Chip_bruh does admit to receiving the photos nonetheless. Sure, ewwww, gross Chip_bruh is a naughty fellow. But naughty actions are much better when there is hypocrisy. Oh and is there hypocrisy. Not only has Chip_bruh called Lifoo a “Sexual predator” for actions very similar to his. He also calls Lifoo “absolutely disgusting,” saying “NOTHING excuses your actions” (If anyone is a connoisseur of memes, playing curb your enthusiasm would be appropriate right now.) Also at least Lifoo was being a perv to a girl who initially stated she was 18. So, my conclusion. I am willing to bet, that due to the nature of Lifoo’s actions that he will never be allowed back on the server and will remain IP banned (If he isn’t IP banned ya’ll admins should hop on that). Now Chip_bruh was 16 at the time the similar, but more severe, accusations were made against him, but as far as I can tell nothing has been done to punish him, Note that he admits to committing multiple felonies. I know that Chip_bruh has contributed much to the server, but Harvey Weinstein contributed much to the film industry, and he was still a disgusting human being. If “NOTHING” excuse the actions of Lifoo, then not even time should excuse the actions of Chip_bruh. I ask for not for justice, but equality. If a player is banned for being “sexual predator”, then so should an admin, no matter what they had done otherwise, no matter the time gone by, no matter their staff position. Look, I know the four people who still use the server are going to mad, stunned, or confused. Side note, Just noticed Chip_bruh hasn't been on in 4 months, but I think he should still be permabanned regardless. |

There was an investigation done at the time and the allegations made against chip were found to have been lies made up in an attempt to get him demoted. This was orchestrated by mumfie who had overreacted against him finding out his name (which wasn't such a big secret anyway) and wanted revenge. |

@LuigiofthebakeryThe bulk of my post was not in concern to the harassment of mumfie, which I am disappointed that is was made up, but rather the sexual misconduct allegations. So were those made up my Guiness4 and Mumfie as well. I ask this because it appears that Chip_bruh responded to accusations of pedophilia, citing that his brother was a barrister, or lawyer for any Americans. Which is a weird detail to be made up by either Guiness4 or Mumfie, and if Chip_bruh made that retort, it is very plausible that he also said "’I didn't pressurize anyone into sending me 'nudes' they willingly sent them to me via snapchat’" And that alleged response by Chip_bruh is what my whole case rests on for wanting Chip_bruh banned. I could care less about the harassment, or the conspiring to overreact. I care much more about the possibility of Chip_bruh admitting to receiving child pornography, which seems very plausible. |

Yes, from what I remember, after the incident some of the people who had accused chip of things came out and said that they were false and that they had been manipulated by mumfie to spread lies about chip. Mumfie had told them to post negative things about chip on the original topic he made in order to back up his argument and because they were his friends they obliged. |

No Chip did not dox Mumfie. This is a established fact.And I stand with Luigi. The girls who were vocal about it in the post admitted that they were manipulated. I saw the confessions myself. Whether there was others, I don't know |

I too -1 this due to the revelations by Luigi, however, if any evidence arises in the future about future or past acts of sexual misconduct by any player I hope a hell-storm will rain upon them. |
