Username: masterkosterrWhy you were banned: griefing When you were banned: Probably 25/26-07-2018 I already know why I got banned by Randal, it's because I faction claimed the community farm and was building something else on it. Which yeah is griefing I can get that, but the reason I did that was for two reasons... Firstly I wanted to make something there.. But secondly I was planning to move the farm at the left of the spawn to firstly rebuild it there and secondly make it bigger. I was also planning to just sell every piece for $1 each to go against the grieving which has happened multiple times on it already, furthermore I've also told this and you could have read this on the plot itself... So I think it's kinda unfair to ban me and call this griefing while I was planning to do is reposition the farm, make it bigger and better and put up a "system" to go against the usual griefing.. I even went as far as to put my username and nick name there.. (More info was requested) Well basicially I've claimed the ground which the farm was located on, removed everything on it and I was planning to make a shop onto it. But I've already claimed some land before this at the left from spawn That's all.. nothing really I could add onto the story Well yes this could be seen as griefing but my intentions had to sides of it, which I've just explained. make a shop on the ground there but move the farm at the left to make it bigger and better and protected against griefing As far as i've seen there actually isn't a single decent shop at spawn there(edited) So even though there are apprently more things I griefed without actually knowing I just want to say sorry for griefing , I'll be more careful with it in the future. If I'm unbanned then I'll make sure Ill unclaim some of the land at spawn and rebuild the farm the way it was.... Your sincerely Masterkoster |

I'm gonna abstain for now. It does seem that you were sincere with your intentions but a grief is a grief. As I had said in the discord, you have to ask the owner of the land/build to mess with their build even if you have good intentions. |

^A grief is most certainly still a grief. It does not matter if you were aware or unaware of it. I would +1 for a reduction in ban time though. |

I'd think that the ban should only be for a few days, since his Intention was pure.+1 - ish |

Ban was reduced due to the fact that you didnt intend it to be grief and are sincere with your apology. |
