The title says it all. Banning players "cuz he wuz bean meen 2 me" is just plain stupid. It reduces playercount and takes away any personality in the "community." |

The toxicity rule has been around for a while now, and in my opinion it's more of just a clarification for some of the other rules (Treat other players with respect, use common sense, Don't spam chat with the same message or caps, etc). It just means to follow the rules and be courteous to other players on the server, if you can't stop yourself from picking on somebody or saying every other message in full caps, that's on you. The rules here aren't any more strict than any other server.Removing what it represents would mean allowing players to get away with doing the same crime multiple times with the minimum punishment each and every time, it would be ridiculous. |

+1I think it's a pointless rule for the reasons Shad stated. We don't need a rule that says "follow the rules" or "you will still be punished for multiple small offences". We already have rule 3 which is be nice to other players. The toxicity rule seems more like an excuse for staff to be able to ban players based on not liking them personally rather than because of specific events with evidence. |

I completely agree with luigi. in the past what made this server what it is was the different communities coming together and to work together to create and build new things. ever since staff began cracking down on “toxicity” the player count has signifigantly dropped. there obviously is a point when toxicity does become a real issue on the server but that is not often, and we need to realise that players who have a different sense of humour or who said something mean about you two years ago aren’t toxic. |

this server used to be about the collaboration of different kinds of people, and by banning people who aren’t like you, that idea is being ruined. There is no surprise the play count has dropped, because people want a good server to play on regardless of their personality, and shouldn’t expect to be banned for that. |

+1 Rip the only rule I created. I cri...On a serious note when the rule was introduced there was a serious issue of toxity on the server that was driving players away... now its not needed and just gets abused anyways. |
