There is a tax on /withdraw intended to prevent tax dodging, but this server doesn't even have taxing periods to dodge.
My suggestion: Remove the tax on /withdraw. |

+1 I Agree With Presimoose for once (this scares me)
It Should be expanded further though
My suggestion: Remove the tax on /deposit.
My other suggestion: Remove the 20 dollar minimum withdraw limit |

It's not only to prevent tax evasion, it also represents the risk of players hiding and laundering money. |

How do you "hide" and "launder" money in a Minecraft server? That is honestly the most ridiculous thing I could have never expected to see in response to this topic.
If you are so indolent as to coming up with such malarkey just to avoid making a minor change to your server, just delete the suggestion section. |

Banknotes are items which makes them inherently much more difficult to trace than transactions with /pay. With them money can move around the economy in a hidden fashion, or even stored in hidden places if a player doesn't want to reveal their true balance.
Consider a scenario where a player receives money through illegitimate means, like for example an admin spawns in 100k. The source of the money is known so the admin can be punished, but if a recipient uses banknotes to effectively launder this money, then it would be very difficult to recover and remove from the system. |

The tax is a perfect way to avoid players from using this feature.
Also, we should trust our admins. I don't think that any current one is stupid enough to spawn money for other players. |

I can't really think of many situations in which this feature is useful other than to hide money: that's mostly what it's used for now, and that's what it was used for before the tax was introduced. |

It would make cash donations more efficient as the receiver would not have to be online. It could be combined with redstone to replace chestshops (because I doubt you'll even think about trying to fix chestshops), and it can be used to make keycards. |

I have a couple ideas,
using scoreboards, and one like a vote token using verification at the bottom and person who ran /withdraw
