Username: iBood (previously ProBuilder45) Why you were banned: XRay When you were banned: 11-4-2020 (around 5pm GMT) Hey Guys, On Saturday, 11th I got banned for using XRay. I am willingly to admit that I have used xray. I think I should start with explaining why I used Xray in the first place. I mined for ores and sold them to the server shop (/warp shop). I made around 4000-5000 pounds by doing so. 95% of the money is still in my account (if not removed by staff) and I haven’t used it to buy any items from other players because, I know that this would really affect the economy in a bad way. If I’m being honest, the main reason for my behaviour would be status. I was not really in need of any money because I had plenty from voting every day. I saw other players getting more and more money as days progressed. I felt like I was being left behind and decided to download and XRay texturepack to help me find ores. I understand that this is no excuse or way to justify my actions. The reason why I’m making this appeal is because I would really love to come back on and continue my projects that I started. I first joined this server in august of 2017 and have loved it ever since (even though I took a big break). I think the server is truly unique and so is the community, it would be a shame to leave it this way. I am truly sorry for my actions and understand that buying items with the money I earned by xray’ing would have added more counterfeit cash into the economy which would have affected the it very badly. I’m also sorry for the way I had to ‘communicate’ with staff (tamnica) the last minutes before I got banned, this was mainly because of some private issues that I would prefer to not discuss on the forum. If staff would like me to explain more about this, I would like to explain this in more detail outside of the forums, on discord for example. To sum everything up: It was a really poor decision of mine and I am really sorry for my actions and understand why I am banned. I made a lot of progress in the game legitimately and I sincerely would like to be able to play on the server again and continue my projects. I should have known better and never would I ever do anything like this again. I really hope staff will give me another change. Kind regards, Waves |

It may seem obvious I’m giving my support because he is my faction member but he is a genuine and nice person. I’m sure he won’t hack again bc he really likes this server, I mean look at the playtime last 2 weeks 😂Playing without someone else is less fun ngl so really hoping for an unban or reduced sentence of some kind. -T0W0 |

I believe he should be considered for a shorter ban, he admits to using x-ray and he is deeply apologetic for that. I know punishment must be passed but please consider for a shorter ban. |
